Grecha was founded in 2024 by two enthusiasts, Katia and Ivan, who loved buckwheat and believed the world would love it too. The idea was discovered far away in Australia, when Katia realised how much Aussies, and other countries too, miss out on the versatility and health benefits of buckwheat. This inspired us to to create a brand of diverse buckwheat products.
Our goal is to become the buckwheat revolution in daily foods. We envision buckwheat as a staple in every kitchen, celebrated for its nutrition and culinary potential.
